I see Ballet Class as a tool or way to explore ones own physicality and movement possibilities. My classes are mix of different styles, that I have encountered through out my career. They focus on an organic approach to movement, flow of energy, dynamics, movement efficiency, body listening and exploring.
Agata Lawniczak was born in Poland and grew up in Switzerland. She studied Dance at the Heinz-Bosl-Stiftung/Ballettakademie München and holds a MA in dance pedagogy from the Middlesex University in London.
She danced with various Companies, including Cathy Sharp Dance Ensemble Basel, Staatstheater Braunschweig, Ballet Ireland, Cie. Egri Bianco Danza Torino, Hermesdance Bern etc. Currently Agata teaches Ballet and Contemporary in different dance schools and is a regular guest teacher at Bern Ballet. She co-organizes the Tanzfest Thun, is involved in several educational dance projects and works as rehearsal assistant for different dance productions.
