Move & Share findet einmal im Monat im Südpol statt und ist offen für alle Künstler*innen und Tänzer*innen. Das Format besteht aus zwei Teilen: dem «Profitraining & Workshop Zentralschweiz» und dem «ASS – Artist Sharing Space», die auch unabhängig voneinander besucht werden können.
