Ballet with Enrico Musmeci

My lessons are the result of many years of studying the various styles and techniques of ballet, rediscovering the essence and functionality of aesthetics, often misunderstood as an end in itself. Based on the awareness of supports, inclinations and épaulements. Directions, coordination and speed, ability to enhance kinetic energy. Without neglecting the expression and elegance in the dynamics.

Enrico Musmeci was born in Catania and studied at Rosella Hightower in Cannes. He worked with several companies, including the Zurich Opera haus and the Stadttheater Luzern. In 1995 Enrico founded the Orma Dance Company, with which he toured internationally. Enrico has received various choreography awards for his work. Since 1995 he has been collaborating with Roberto Zappalà as a dancer, choreographer, guest teacher and performer.
He is currently the didactic director of the Compagnia Zappalà Danza’s MoDem program, produced by the National Dance Production Centre of Scenario Pubblico.
Enrico Musmeci is a Member of the International Dance Council.
