The aim of my classes is to create within the dancers (movers) a unique awareness and coordination that play along with the essence of the music. As in my ballet class and contemporary class, the dancers should come with an open mind to research something new within themselves; Understanding body mechanisms, learning and harmonizing movements, exploring new forms of dance and ideas….
