Move:
The class combines bodywork, conditioning, open structures, floorwork principals and physical phrases through the space. We start to warm up with simple partnering tools to explore the connection between the two bodies in various ways. Further on we transform these ideas and principals to built up the floor work technic, which we work over several shorter and longer phrases. In the next level we develop the physical intensity and the complex movement structure within simple and easy acrobatic elements. The main goal of the class is the constant flow of movement to establish a light body, awareness, rhythm and movement quality. The class from Michael Langeneckert is a technical dance training based on experiences of 30 years working as a dancer, teacher and choreographer in the field of contemporary dance.
